We provide assistance through recognised procedures and do not sell government appointments, guarantee approvals or engage in document forgery.

2. Client Responsibilities and Authorisation

By requesting our services, clients authorise Favour Link to undertake the necessary administrative activities associated with their applications.

Clients must provide accurate, complete and genuine information and supporting documents. They are responsible for verifying their application details and ensuring they have the legal authority to submit information on behalf of another person.

3. Service Fees and Payments

Favour Link's administrative fees cover the agreed professional and administrative services. Payment of these fees does not guarantee government approval or special treatment.

Payments must be made through Favour Link's authorised payment channels. Payment confirmations and receipts are subject to transaction verification.

A payment receipt or application reference does not constitute official approval or document issuance.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may request cancellation through Favour Link's official contact channels.

Refunds will depend on the stage of processing, work already completed and any third-party expenses incurred:

  • Before processing begins: Clients may qualify for a 100% refund, provided no work has commenced and no third-party expenses have been incurred.
  • After processing begins: Reasonable charges may be deducted for work completed and costs incurred.
  • Official or third-party fees: Refunds of fees already paid to institutions or third parties are subject to their respective refund policies.
  • Errors attributable to Favour Link: Where an error is attributable to Favour Link, an appropriate remedy, including correction, reprocessing or a refund where applicable, will be considered.
5. Processing Time and Delays

Processing periods displayed by Favour Link are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed completion dates.

Actual timelines may depend on institutional verification, appointment availability, official working days, public holidays, technical interruptions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Favour Link may conduct authorised administrative follow-ups but cannot control institutional decisions or guarantee processing outcomes.

6. Application Tracking and Communication

Clients may receive application references and progress updates through WhatsApp, telephone, email or the Favour Link application portal.

Tracking information reflects the latest information available to Favour Link and should not be interpreted as an official institutional decision unless confirmed by the relevant institution.

7. Document Security and Handover

Favour Link takes reasonable steps to protect customers' documents and personal information.

Completed documents will be released only to the applicant or a properly authorised representative after reasonable identity and application-reference verification.

Agents are restricted to accessing applications assigned to them and are required to maintain confidentiality.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

Favour Link does not sell, trade or commercially distribute customers' personal information.

Customer application documents and personal information will be deleted within seventy-two (72) hours after completion of the requested service, except where retention is required by applicable law or is necessary for legitimate legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.

9. Complaints and Service Refusal

Favour Link may refuse, suspend or terminate services involving suspected fraud, impersonation, forged documents, unlawful instructions or attempts to bypass official procedures.

Customers may submit complaints through our official telephone, WhatsApp, email or business address. Complaints will be reviewed and addressed within seven (7) days.

Unresolved disputes may be referred to an appropriate lawful dispute-resolution process or competent Ghanaian authority.

10. Electronic Acceptance

Before submitting an application or making payment, clients will be given an opportunity to review these Terms and Conditions and access the Privacy Policy.

By selecting the acceptance option and proceeding with an application, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Favour Link may retain the acceptance date, time, application reference and applicable document version as evidence of acceptance, subject to applicable data retention requirements.
